In the late months of 1982 I was trying  
to fold something using the lines of 
the tangram division of the square 
while Thoki Yenn was making drawings  
for his 13 Thoki Yenn Orikata. 
As you see on the last page of the book, 
 the paper was standing up  
and quoting P.D. James: 
“I am an artist, struggling but not tortured.”
